What you buy from Vista
Access to the Vista AI Collective. An AI trainer you install in your own AI tool, a living curriculum, weekly capped calls, and more instructor-built systems as they land. The Collective license is $297, charged once, plus $49 one time for each additional team member. That is the whole transaction between you and Vista.
What you get pointed to after you join
The marketing system: a full media-buying, creative and video system built by one of the instructors in the Vista advisor network. It is the marketing layer on the foundation: media buying systems, the agent architecture, creative production, competitor intelligence, reporting, tracking repair, video editing.
Being pointed at a vetted instructor resource for your camp is one of the benefits of membership, and this is the worked example of how that engagement runs. It is a cross-sell, not part of the Collective purchase, and joining is your call.
This is a third-party program run by one of our instructors. We share who it is and how to join after you are inside the Collective. It has its own monthly membership fee, billed by that program, not by Vista. Vista earns a referral commission if you join.
What the marketing system costs and who bills it
| Tier | Price | Billed by | What it unlocks |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | $97 a month | The program, directly | Orientation and first run, wiring and infrastructure, the agent system, media buying fundamentals, and the operator room |
| Premium | $197 a month | The program, directly | Everything in Standard plus the five skill layers: the knowledge layer, the Meta playbook, the Google Ads playbook, the command library, the creative system |
There is also a separately priced 1:1 inside the marketing system. Vista does not sell it and takes no part in it. It is noted here for completeness.
Prices captured 2026-08-27 and set by the program. They change when the program changes them.
What Vista does not sell
- No done-for-you media buying or consulting.
- No access price to the marketing system. Vista charges nothing for it. The program bills its own membership directly.
Why the order is Collective first
The marketing system is not beginner friendly. It assumes you already work in a terminal, run local AI, and handle your own API keys. People who skip the foundation buy access and never open it. The Collective is where you get there. Once you have, the material reads as instructions.
What runs it
Hosting is $30 to $50 a month. Model spend sits under a hard cap you set. The program's creator runs a twelve-agent system with ten contributors at $5 to $8 a day under a $35 cap. Ad spend and creator fees stay yours.
Nothing writes to your ad account. Every money decision arrives as approve or reject, enforced in the code rather than in a policy.
The replacement math
What the marketing system replaces, priced per camp at published market rate. EST marks derived arithmetic.
Camp A's figures hold at $75,000 a month in spend and nowhere below it. Camp B's hire cost assumes a US base salary loaded at the 30.1% employer benefit rate. Camp C's floor is a minimum fee, not a percentage, which is why it prices small accounts out.
Prerequisites
- Vista AI Collective access, or equivalent comfort with a terminal, files and API keys.
- You run Meta or Google spend today, or you are about to start.
- You can read a performance report and work out a CPA on your own.
That is the whole transaction.
You buy the Collective from Vista, once. The marketing system is added inside, on its own plan, billed by the program that runs it. Nothing on the Vista side recurs.
