4) Advisor matching and sharing in engagements

Vista provides services that may involve introducing leaders to advisors and, in some cases, advisors to leaders.

  • We may use the information you provide to understand your needs and determine fit.
  • We may share limited professional and context information (for example: name, company/organization, role, high-level goals, high-level constraints) with potential advisors or leaders when it is necessary to facilitate introductions and evaluate fit.
  • We do not intentionally share sensitive personal information and we do not share confidential business or proprietary details without your permission, appropriate safeguards, or both (for example, an NDA or written approval), depending on the situation.

5) Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We do not sell your personal information.

Opting out of marketing texts does not affect service-related communications you request (for example, scheduling confirmations), though you may also request we stop texting you entirely by contacting us.

12) Children's privacy

The Site is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

13) Third-party links and embedded content

Our Site may include links to third-party sites or embedded content (for example, LinkedIn). Your interactions with those third parties are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.
