Working with Advisors

Both. Some engagements focus on one leader. Others involve a leadership pair or a leadership team. The model follows your decision environment and what needs to move.
We start with an intake conversation to understand your stage of the business, constraints, and working style. Then we source and vet advisors for fit and credibility. In many cases we recruit outside our network to find the right match. You then interview up to five vetted advisors and choose who you want to work with.
No. This is not a catalog. Leaders do not succeed by picking the most impressive bio. They succeed by working with the right operator for their stage and constraints. We run a fit-driven search and bring you vetted options.

We do not offer a rematch policy. Advisors are not a commodity. If you want another search, you can re-engage the advisor recruiting service under then-current terms.

Costs vary by engagement type and scope. We will not quote you from a website form. After an intro call and intake, we will outline what makes sense and what it would cost.
No. We do not promise outcomes we cannot control. We do promise a high bar for clarity, candid perspective, fit-driven matching, and a bias toward movement.
