Why we structure refunds this way
When the doors open on July 13, 2026, founding members have the project folder, the AI co-teacher master prompt, and the curriculum in hand. That access IS the value, and we cannot allow a buyer to grab the IP and walk away with 100% of the value at zero cost. That is why sales are final after launch.
Before July 13, 2026 you have not received the toolkit yet. Buying today locks your founding rate and holds your seat while the platform spins up and the cadence forms. Because the deliverable has not landed, buyers in this window get a clean way out: a 7-day cool-off from purchase, no questions asked. After launch, the full toolkit is in your hands and the no-refund policy holds.
The policy
All sales are final.
Two exceptions, always honored:
- Duplicate or fraudulent charge. Refunded immediately.
- Platform delivery failure. If the community platform never launches AND you have had no live interaction with Logan within 90 days of purchase, full refund on request.
Pre-launch cool-off (active until July 13, 2026)
During the pre-launch period, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. After Day 1 launch on July 13, 2026, the policy above applies.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime via the customer portal linked from your Stripe receipt. Access continues through the current billing period.
The founding rate is tied to active membership. Cancel and the rate is gone. If you rejoin later, current rate applies.
There is no pause option. The membership model is intentionally simple: you are a member or you are not.
What “Day 1 launch” means
Day 1 launch is when the community platform is publicly accessible to all members AND the regular lesson release cadence begins. We will announce the launch in advance through the member channel and on this page.
The published date is July 13, 2026. If the build comes in early, an earlier launch is possible, but the legal trigger is tied to the published date.
Edge cases worth naming
- Duplicate or accidental charge. Auto-refunded. No questions.
- Hardship, medical, life event. Email Logan directly. We handle these case by case, off-policy. Goodwill outranks policy purity.
- You bought, took the materials, then asked for a refund inside the 7-day window. Refunded per policy. The cool-off window is honest insurance. Repeat or abusive patterns earn a lifetime rejoin ban.
- You filed a chargeback before contacting us. Stripe penalizes us roughly $15 per dispute, non-refundable even when we win. Lifetime rejoin ban. Talk to us first.
How to actually request something
Email logan@callamarketer.ca with your purchase email and what you need. Logan reads every one and responds within two business days.
For cancellation: use the Stripe customer portal link in your receipt. For everything else: email above.
