Purchase terms.

You buy the Vista AI Collective license once, for $297 at the founding price. One license covers one person. The moment the payment clears you get the AI trainer, the full curriculum (fifteen lessons, Lesson 0 to Lesson 14, plus three guided Projects), the setup guide, and email support from Logan.

The first 15 founding businesses also get the AI Direction Call, free: a 1-hour one-on-one onboarding call with Logan (valued at $300, his price for a single hour) on the tools and direction to start with, specific software recommendations, and the trainer pointed at your first real task.

The weekly call is not part of the license. It is the Builder Program, a separate, optional membership described below.

Additional team members are $49 each, one time, added at checkout. Each seat is for one named person, and each person gets their own copy of the material. Seats are not shared accounts and are not transferable between people.

The license is not a subscription. Your card is charged once, at checkout, and never again for this purchase.

The license never renews and never auto-bills. If you ever see a second charge from us that you did not deliberately make, email us and we refund it immediately, no questions.

The Builder Program is separate. It is a live weekly call on Zoom with Logan and guest builders, starting October 29, with recordings, feedback on what members are building, and curriculum updates sent by email. It costs $47 a month for one person, or $87 a month for a whole team (everyone on your license can join the call). It is an optional membership, and you can cancel anytime.

The Builder Program is its own decision and its own sign-up, and it is never added to your license purchase. Sign-up details reach license buyers by email before the first call.

Use it for 30 days with your whole team. If it isn't building real work with you, tell us. Logan will get on a call and make it work with you, or we refund every dollar, team seats included. Your choice.

The full terms:

1. Within 30 days of purchase, email us or reply to your receipt and ask for a refund, for any reason.
2. The whole order is refunded, team seats included, to the original payment method.
3. We may first offer a call to get it working, but you never have to take it.
4. On refund, the AI Direction Call (if it has not been held yet) and any Builder Program access end.
5. One refund per business.

A seat is one named person. Add as many as you need at checkout, or email us later and we invoice the same $49 per person, one time. If someone leaves your company you can tell us who replaces them and we move the seat once, as a courtesy.

Sharing one seat across a team, or redistributing the material outside your business, is the one thing that gets access revoked. The honor system only works if it is honored.

• Duplicate or accidental charge. Auto-refunded. No questions.
• Hardship, medical, life event. Email Logan directly. We handle these case by case, off-policy. Goodwill outranks policy purity.
• Delivery failure on our side. If we never actually give you access to the material, and we do not fix it after you tell us, full refund on request.
• You used the material, then asked for a refund within 30 days. Refunded. Using it with your team is the point of the guarantee.
• You filed a chargeback before contacting us. Inside the 30 days you never need one: ask, and the whole order is refunded. Lifetime rejoin ban. Talk to us first.

• Refer three businesses that buy the license, and your license is on us (we refund your $297).
• Refer three people who join the Builder Program, and every month all three stay on, your month is free.
• A license referral counts once it is past its own 30-day guarantee window and not refunded.

When a business you referred buys the license, they name you in the “Referred by” field at checkout.
