Refund & cancellation policy.

The moment you join, you get the full toolkit and the community: the Discord, the workshop folder, the AI co-teacher prompt, and the curriculum. That access IS the value. We cannot hand someone the whole thing and then refund the sale, so the $147 founding fee is non-refundable.

We are honest about the one fair exception. If you join and decide it is not for you before you have downloaded any of the materials, reach out and we will look at it case by case. The $37/mo is separate: it does not begin until our August 3, 2026 launch, it is month to month, and you can cancel anytime.

Exceptions we always honor:

1. Duplicate or fraudulent charge. Refunded immediately.
2. You have not downloaded any materials. If you join and decide it is not for you before downloading the workshop or doing onboarding, email us and we will look at it case by case.
3. Platform delivery failure. If the community platform never materializes AND you have had no live interaction with Logan within 90 days of purchase, full refund on request.

Cancel anytime via the customer portal linked from your Stripe receipt. Access continues through the current billing period.

The founding rate is tied to active membership. Cancel and the rate is gone. If you rejoin later, current rate applies.

There is no pause option. The membership model is intentionally simple: you are a member or you are not.

You get the Discord and the workshop the moment you join. Day 1 launch, August 3, 2026, is when the weekly live cohort calls begin and your $37/mo billing starts. We announce launch details through the member channel and on this page.

• Duplicate or accidental charge. Auto-refunded. No questions.
• Hardship, medical, life event. Email Logan directly. We handle these case by case, off-policy. Goodwill outranks policy purity.
• You downloaded the materials, then asked for a refund. Declined. The materials are the product, and the non-refundable terms are stated up front, here and at checkout.
• You filed a chargeback before contacting us. Stripe penalizes us roughly $15 per dispute, non-refundable even when we win. Lifetime rejoin ban. Talk to us first.
